When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.
All prices include shipping if purchased within the UAE (see information further down on this page) and, if applicable, any oversea country import duty must be paid by customer.
We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the world rug market.
All deliveries are handled by FedEx/UPS/TCS. We are unable to ship to box addresses.

Standard packages are delivered on working days between 09-00 and 18.00

Delivery time within the UAE 4 - 10 working days*
* The delivery time applies to orders that are placed on weekdays before 15.00 (3PM +4GMT).
For orders that are placed on weekends or after 15.00 the delivery time is counted from the following working day.
The order is completed once we have received full payment. If you pay by card we receive the payment instantly. If you pay by bank transfer it may take one or two days longer.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
Of course you have warranty on all products bought from us. The warranty is applicable for 3 months from the date you receive your rug. If the customer refers to the warranty and it is judged that the damage depends on bad handling by the customer the customer will pay the costs of any reparation. Our expert staff will in the first place determine the cause of the damage. The customer pays all shipping costs in case of warranty reparations.
30 day money back guarantee
As a private person you have 30 day money back guarantee. You can return your carpet within 30 days and get your money back. The carpet has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the carpet the same way as it was when you received it. More detailed information can be found under "Return". We offer free return shipping on all orders within United Kingdom to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. More detailed information can be found under "Return".
Refund and cancellation
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
When sending back a carpet you first have to contact us to get a return dispatch note. It is your responsibility that the carpet arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the carpet is well packed.
Customer covers all return shipping costs arranged using our shipping labels. It is our ambition that all our customers are completely satisfied with the carpets they order from us. We arrange safe return shipping by FedEx/UPS/DHL/TCS.
When a return is completed the same card or bank account you used for the purchase will be credited. If we receive returning goods without the proper return dispatch note the goods will be sent back at the customer's expense.
VAT Charges do not apply in the United Arab Emriates. For overseas, customer must pay custom duty.
Method of Payment
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency).
If you don't like to use a credit card you can transfer the money direct to our bank account. You have to pay the complete amount in 5 days or your order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. We will send your carpets as soon as your payment is recieved.
An Invoice is emailed to your registered email address within 24hrs of purchase form our website.
Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets please contact customer service immediately. The error has to be reported within a reasonable time frame.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported directly to FedEx/UPS/DHL/TCS when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported to FedEx/UPS/DHL/TCS as soon as they are discovered.
Carpets that are not received by the customer and returned to us
Carpets that are ordered and not received or are returned to us due to the customer not being available for several delivery attempts will be charged 2000 AED for our administration costs. Special customized ordered products are charged the full value.
Confidentiality when handling personal information
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
theredcarpets.com will not give any personal information to any third party. According to United Arab Emirates law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our customer service.
