Warranty

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects should there be any.

ينطبق هذا الضمان فقط على عيوب التصنيع في حالة وجود أي منها.

The Red Carpet LLC reserves the right to analyze cases and reject returns.

تحتفظ السجاد الاحمر ش.ذ.م.م. الحق في تحليل الحالات ورفض المرتجعات.

In case of any manufacturing defects, the carpet(s) can be returned for modifications or exchanges. Alternatively, a full refund or credit note with a maximum of Ninety (90) Days will be issued from the date of purchase.

في حالة وجود أي عيوب في التصنيع ، يمكن إرجاع السجادة (السجاد) للتعديل أو الاستبدال. سيتم إصدار رد كامل أو إشعار ائتمان بحد أقصى تسعين (90) يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.

Moreover, this warranty does not apply to damages caused by general uses, such as spillages, overuse, accidental damages such as water leakages and natural disasters such as fire and flood.

The Red Carpet LLC may arrange carpet cleaning and repairs if and where required. All costs are to be borne by the customer(s).

Return & Exchange Policy

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

For Returns, The Red Carpet LLC provides a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the date of purchases should the customer be dissatisfied with his/her purchase and request a refund.

بالنسبة للإرجاع ، توفر السجاد الاحمر ش.ذ.م.م. مدة أقصاها خمسة عشر (15) يومًا من تاريخ الشراء إذا كان العميل غير راضٍ عن شرائه وطلب استرداده.

The carpet(s) are to be returned in its original state(s) along with full purchase invoices and receipts.

The Red Carpet LLC reserves the right to analyze cases and reject returns.

Alternatively, the customer has the privilege of acquiring a one-year credit note for purchasing another carpet from The Red Carpet LLC.
